At KEB Beauty Store, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate cancellation requests, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

1. Cancelling an Order

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting KEB Beauty Store as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests should include:

• Contact details used when placing the order.

• Reason for cancellation, if applicable.

2. Cancellation Before Processing

If the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or prepared for dispatch, we will normally cancel the order and issue a refund.

3. Cancellation After Processing

Once an order has been processed, packed or handed over to our delivery or shipping partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, the customer may need to receive the order and follow our Refund & Returns Policy, where applicable.

4. Customized and Special Orders

Orders for customized, made-to-measure or specially prepared wigs and hair products may not be cancellable once production or preparation has started.

Customers should carefully check their selected:

• Wig style.

• Hair type.

• Length.

• Colour.

• Size.

• Quantity.

• Other customization details.

before completing their purchase.

5. Refunds Following Cancellation

Where a cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will normally be processed using the original payment method.

The time taken for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on the customer's bank or payment service provider.

6. Failed or Unpaid Orders

Orders that have not been successfully paid for may be automatically cancelled after a reasonable period.

KEB Beauty Store reserves the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be verified, product availability changes, or there is an obvious pricing or technical error.
